Information displayed on this site relating to availability is subject to change by us without notice.

We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability at all times. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order on the site.

Delivery will be made according to the information on the product pages after your order is accepted. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the courier company to arrange the collection of delivery products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.

In case you have stated a wrong address for delivery, then the extra costs are being charged to your account.

Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Delays due to Holidays, custom clearance and local customs cannot be controlled by us.

 

TAX & IMPORT DUTIES

If you are ordering outside your country or trading zone packages may be subjected to duties and taxes by local custom authorities. Additional charges in relation to custom clearance are not included and cannot be controlled by us. Please check your local customs website for more information.

INSURANCE

All items are insured while in transit to you. We are not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes.

FIRST TIME ORDERS

The first time you place an order on our website, it must be shipped to your billing address. This is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently.

To avoid any potential delays to your order, please make sure:

  • The billing address matches the address on your card statement
  • The cardholders name is written as it appears on the card
  • Your contact details are accurate so we can contact you if necessary
